Harris a resident of Montgomery passed away Saturday, September 29, 2017 at Baptist Medical Center South .  Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 11am from New Home Baptist Church, 2101 Early Street Montgomery, Alabama with Rev. Antonio Forbes pastor officiating.  Burial to follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park Montgomery, Alabama

OBITUARY

 Jimmy Mack ‘Skeeter’ Harris was born March 11, 1941 in Montgomery, Alabama to the late Mrs. Gladys Flowers and Mr. Mack Bullock. He was the third of five children.

Jimmy "Skeeter" Harris was a graduate of George Washington Carver. After graduation of school, he took up the trade of Carpentry which he learned from his father.

Friday, September 29, 2017 "Skeeter" entered eternal rest at Baptist South Medical Center. "I've fought a good fight, I've finished my course, I have kept the faith." Il Timothy 4:6-7.

Jimmy Mack "Skeeter" leaves to cherish his memory two children; Harold Simpson, Pontiac, Michigan and Patricia Pierce, Montgomery, AL. Seven sisters; Carolyn Kirkland (caretaker), Joann Gilmore, Sherry Mullins, Annette Harris, Jeanette(L.A.) Wallace, Annie Harris, all of Montgomery, AL; Lorretta (Dwight) Myrick, Birmingham, AL. Two brothers, Johnnie Mack (Vanessa) Bullock and James Mack (Linda) Bullock, Montgomery, AL.; One sister-in-law, Catherine Kirkland, Montgomery, AL. A devoted nephew and caretaker, Michael Harris, Montgomery, AL; one caring niece Cynthia McGuire of Montgomery, AL. Three loving nephews Cedric, Eric & Jeffery Harris, all of Montgomery, AL; Two great nephews, Jacque Jr. and Jamiel Petterman, both of Montgomery, Alabama. A caring great niece, Shonda Harris, Montgomery, AL.

A host of loving nieces and nephews, grandchildren, cousins, friends and neighbors.
