Ethel Parker

Ethel Parker was  born 1936 May 04 to the late Brady Parker and Louvenia Hatcher Parker in Jones, Alabama.

She confessed Christ at an early age at New Salem Baptist Church, Jones, Alabama.  She leaves behind her elder son, Eddie Floyd Parker.  Her son Freddie Lewis Parker (deceased).  She departed this life on October 23, 2019 at the Jackson Hospital, Montgomery, Alabama at 11:45am with her son and niece holding her hands while making her transition.

Aunt Ethel was a faithful worker in the church and in the community.  She served as Sunday School teacher, secretary of the society for many years.  There was no limit for what she would do to take care of her patients, children, and sister Louvelle (Doll).  She loved her family, and looked out for everyone to make sure that they had what they needed.

She leaves to cherish her memories, one son Eddie Floyd Parker, two sisters; Geraldine (Clarence) Martin, Selma, AL; Everlene  (John) McCary, Long Beach, CA; one brother, Richard Parker, Autaugaville, AL; her very dear friend and cousinDora Parker, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
