Mrs. Georgia Mae Taylor DeBardelaben was born to the late Mr. James Taylor and Mrs. Lola Dorsey Taylor on October 23, 1930 in Autauga County, Alabama. She was the youngest of four children.
Georgia was a product of the Autauga County Training School. She confessed Christ at an early age and united with the Mallard Chapel AME Church where she remained faithful until her health failed.
Georgia was united in holy Matrimony to James DeBardelaben on March 2, 1959.
Georgia was employed by Bishop Cleaners for 15 years. she was also employed at Maxwell Air force base, Montgomery, Alabama for 34 years, which she retired in January 2018.
Georgia departed her earthly life on Saturday, September 28, 2019 peacefully in her sleep. She was proceeded in death by three older siblings: Algaree, Essie Mae, and James Lewis.
She leaves to cherish her memories a loving and devoted husband, James DeBardelaben; two nieces: Betty Crosby and Elaine DeBardelaben; one nephew: James Gregory Taylor; one devoted cousin; Annie Bell Tyus; and a host of great-great-great nieces, nephew, cousins, and friends.
