Morris Johnson

Morris Johnson was born to Ida Mae Johnson and Warren Johnson on  9 June, 1950 in Stanton, Alabama.  On that day an honorable and serviceable child of God was born

Morris joined Unity Baptist Church at an early age where he served the Lord Faithfully.  He was a caring and devoted father.  He was a man of truth, strength and bravery.  Morris was married to Vicky Lynn Davis on Nov 5, 1972.  On August 13, 2019, the Lord called her home.  He was preceded in death by his parents Ida and Warren Johnson, his wife Vicky Lynn Davis, his sister Edna Hopson and brothers; Ed Lee Johnson, Jerry Johnson, Jessie Johnson, Lonnie Johnson, Ocie Johnson, and Tommy Johnson.  

He leaves to cherish his memories two sons Danny Vernard Davis of Montgomery, AL and Jeremy Warren Johnson of Autaugaville, AL, three daughters; Morris (Jamie) Ray of Fort Lee, VA and answer Johnson of Tuscaloosa, AL. Four grandchildren; Kristen Marie Jones of Montgomery, AL, Jamie Ray, Jr., Aiden O'Neil Ray and Ava Noelle Ray all of Fort Lee, VA.  Two sisters; Pearlie Johnson of Jones, AL and Susie Childs of Mobile, AL.  One aunt Betty Browder of Birmingham, AL and a special niece Eunice Hopson and host nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, relatives and friends.
