Mr. Travis Dramayne Gardner age 34 a resident of the Independent Community Prattville, Alabama passed away Monday, February 11, 2019. Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 10am from Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 1674 County Road 40 West Prattville, Alabama with Rev. Dr. John E. Clay, Pastor officiating. Burial to follow at Motley Cemetery, behind the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.

On February 11, 2019, the sweet spirit of Travis DraMayne Gardner went to join the Saviour in that home not built with hands, but whose maker and builder is God.
Travis DraMayne Gardner was the son of the late Archie Lee Gardner, Jr. and Gloria Jean Motley Gardner. He was born July 2, 1984 and received his education in the public school system of Autauga County in Prattville, Alabama. He was awarded a scholarship to play in the band at Stillman College in Tuscaloosa where he furthered his education. Travis accepted Christ at a young age and was baptized by the late Rev. Roosevelt Brown at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
Travis was a strong and faithful worker. Although he worked other jobs, he spent 12 years at Prattville Health & Rehab before starting a new job at Kinedyne in Prattville. He believed in hard work and was devoted to spending time at the gym and with family and friends. He enjoyed people and never met a stranger. He was meek and humble and loved to smile. Travis was truly one of God's finest.
Travis was preceded in death by his father, Archie Lee Gardner, Jr. He leaves to cherish his memories; a devoted mother, Gloria Jean Gardner; two siblings, Beverly (Pierre) Long, and Darrick (Lisa) Gardner; four nieces, Deidre Gardner, Eboni Gardner, Diamond Long; two nephews, DJay Gardner, LaDarrion Gardner; one great niece, Kayla Gardner; a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.
