Walter Lee Anderson III

Mr. Walter L. Anderson "Drag" age 68 a resident of Autaugaville, Alabama passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Prattville Health and Rehabilitation.  Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 11am from Davis Funeral Home, LLC Chapel with Pastor William Cromblin officiating.

Walter Lee Anderson III was born March 17, 1951 to the late Walter Anderson II and Julia Anderson.

Walter departed this life on Tuesday, July 2, 2019  surrouned by loved ones at Prattville Health and Rehabilitation Center.  He was proceeded in death by his parents, Walter and Julia Anderson II, a brother Charles Lee (Virginia) Anderson and two sisters, Marilyn Anderson and Dorothy Powell.

Walter received his education from Autauga County.  He served in the United States Army for four years at Fort Still, Oklahoma.

Walter leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Mary Albright Anderson, four children: Latonya Lamar Howard, Reginald (Tiffany) Anderson, Demico (Anton) Teharte and Calvin  (Kimberly) Anderson;  Seven grandchildren: Brandi Howard, Brianna Howard, Quindaris Boyd, Martavius Gardner, A'Darius Anderson, Jakaylon Livingston, and Audriana Anderson.  Two great-grandsons, Ayden Anderson and Elijah Gardner; Three sisters;  Susie (Larry) Thomas, Bertha Johnson and Darlene (Robert) Taylor;  Five brothers; Johnny Hoskins, Freddie Anderson, Michael (Carla) Anderson, Julius (Gail) anderson, James Anderson; Four uncles, six aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
