Mr. Jerome (Scutta) Speigner, Jr. , age 34, a resident of Prattville, Alabama passed away Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Prattville Baptist ER.  Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 11am from Open Door Christian Faith Worship Center, 2450 President Drive Montgomery, Alabama with Rev. William Cromblin, Pastor and Rev. Jerome Speigner, Sr. , Pastor officiating.  Burial to follow at Prattville Memory Gardens, 841 Fairview Ave Prattville, Alabama.

Jerome Speigner, Jr. affectionately known as “Scutta” was born on October 20, 1983 in Chilton County, AL to Daisy and Jerome Speigner Sr. Jerome was suddenly taken away from us on February 3, 2018 at the age of 34, where he is now with the Lord.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Lula Bugler Rowe and his maternal grandfather, Cornelius Warren Jr. whom he cared for and loved until his passing.

Jerome graduated high school in May of 2002. He joined the Montgomery Job Corps. While there, he served as Student Government Association (SGA) President. Upon graduating he was a certified Phlebotomist and an EKG Technician.

Jerome was loving, kind, and fun. He crossed many paths during his life. He allowed God to use him at an early age as he went around to different schools and churches speaking to the youth.

He never met a stranger. He loved to greet people with a huge smile and a big hug. He loved his family, especially the younger: generation. He lived life to the fullest, through simple pleasures; spending time with his friends and hanging with his favorite uncles Ronald and Donald Warren.

Jerome will be loved forever by those he leaves behind. He leaves to cherish his many happy memories, his mother: Pastor Daisy (Elder Larry) Davis of Prattville, AL; his father: Reverend Jerome (Sonjia) Speigner Sr. of Bessemer, AL; a maternal grandmother: Velma Warren of Prattville, AL; four siblings: Brandon Haynes of Birmingham, AL, Adriana Davis of Prattville, AL, Jeromese Speigner and Jalen Speigner both of Bessemer, AL; a step brother: Duone Harrison of Montgomery, AL; a special niece: Aaliyah Davis of Prattville, AL; three God brothers: Terrell Morgan, James White, and Quinterrius White all of Prattville, AL; a devoted cousin: Chandin Rogers; and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and special friends.
