Bobby G Cheeks

Our God creates all living things and on November 13, 1949, he chose to create Bobby "Po Rob" Cheeks, Sr. in his perfect image. His earthly mother and father were the late Lewis and Mary Florence Cheeks. He worked at Continental Eagle and also worked as a security officer.

On Sunday, October 16, 2022, God dispatched his Heavenly Angels to capture the soul of Bobby and bring him home to live eternally.

He attended school in North Highland School System and graduated from North Highland School, Prattville, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his father: Lewis Cheeks; mother: Mary Florence-Cheeks; son: Sean Cheeks; grandson: LaKerrius; siblings: Rosa, Willie, William, Lawrence, Terry, Dwayne, and Phyllis.

He leaves to cherish his memories; wife: Antionetta Martin; eight children: Bobby Cheeks, Jr., Keith (Rebecca) Cheeks, Bobby Martin, Lawanda (Carlton) Barlow, Katrina Cheeks, Daniel Martin, Darreio Martin, and Angel Martin; 17 grandchildren: Shanecia, LaQuanda, LaSandra, Patrick, Deedrick, Larnecia, D'Shawn, Kaysha, Carldarius, Ray Darrick, Fernaesha, Seandria, Ashanti, Sean Jr., Seankiria, Makenzie, and Denisha; siblings: Ella, Gloria, Juliet, Wayne, Ethelean, Dondrea, and LaTonya; a host of nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, cousins, and friends; a loving and devoted friend/aunt Callie Cheeks.
