Our God creates all living things and on June 6, 1954 he created in his perfect image for Vonzell and Gladys Pernell.
On February 11, 2023 God dispatched his heavenly angels to capture the soul of Caesar and bring him home to live eternally among his father: Vonzell Pernell; mother: Gladys Pernell; step-daughter: Manya Kirksey all preceding him in death.
Caesar gave his life to Christ at an early age and joined Goodship Baptist Church in Millbrook, Alabama.
Caesar was educated at Stanhope High School in Millbrook, Alabama.
He met and married Wanda Fitzpatrick Pernell and they were married for over 44 years.
Caesar was a long-haul Truck Driver, and drove for Larry Trucking in Montgomery, Alabama for over 22 years. He was employed at K Bar K Western Mall for over 15 years in Millbrook AL. He loved having fun and making people laugh.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife: Wanda Fitzpatrick Pernell; one son: Terrance (Asaley) Kirksey; one stepdaughter: Valorie Kirksey Jeffery; eight grandchildren: Charles, Cameron, Terrance, Jr., Kiara, Phillip, Kelsey, Kenon, and Adrian; three sisters: Daisy Scott, (San (Barbour CA) Amelia Lykes and Betty McKeithen both of Prattville AL; Fannie (Henry) Wilkes (Coosada, AL); eight brothers: Willie (Voncile) James (Montgomery AL), Bobby (Shirley) Pernell (Millbrook AL), Votüell (Carolyn) Pernell, Jr, (Coosada, AL), Eugene (Jennifer) Pernell (Montgomery, AL) Charles (Gale) Pernell (Cleveland OH), William (Odessa) Pernell (Millbrook AL) Richard (Regina) Pernell (Montgomery AL), and Walter (Valencia) Pernell (Prattville AL); eight sisters and brothers in-laws: Patricia French, Alfonso (Tomica) Rivers, Janice Harmon, Angela (Joseph) Shepard, Bridgett Fitzpatrick, Kelli (Will) Fitzpatrick-Johnson, Michael (Claudia) Fitzpatrick; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. Two special friends: William "Hoochie" Smith and Larry " Big Up" Thomas, Jr.
