Curtis Lee DeRamus, a native of Prattville, Alabama, and a longtime resident of Mobile, Alabama was born Thursday’s, January 26, 1956 departed this life n Friday, August 13, 2021. A loving father, doting granddad, and comedic storyteller, he always knew how to put a smile n our faces. A seasoned salesman with the gift of gab, he enjoyed a 30+ year career in telemarketing.Wide witty, and always willing to lend a helping hand, he is already truly missed.
Curtis is preceded in death by parents: James “Jack” Jones and Ludie (Underwood) Deramus; Sister Etta Sharp; Brothers: Bennie DeRamus and McEarl (Jacqueline) DeRamus of Prattville, AL, and Daughters: Chantaye Kit and Mia “Peter” Henderson of Mobile, AL.

Visitation will be held at Samuel Jackson Funeral Home in Mobile, AL on Friday, August 20, 2021 from 1PM - 4PM. Graveside burial service will be held at Locust Bluff Cemetery in Prattville, AL on Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 2PM - 3PM.
