Mr. Edward King, Sr.  " Bubba"  age  87 a resident of Autaugaville, Alabama passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at his residence.  Funeral service will be held Saturday,  April 6, 2019 at 12pm from Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, County Road 45 North Autaugaville, Alabama with Rev. Nathaniel Brown, Pastor officiating.  Burial to follow at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Edward "Mr. Bubba" King was born June 4, 1931 to Ms. Virginia King and Mr. Eugene Jones in Autaugaville, AL.  He quietly departed this life on the 27th of March 2019 at his home.

Mr. Bubba accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age and joined the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and Choir where he remained a faithful member until his home going.

He was proceeded in death by his Mother Mrs. Virginia King Wright; his father Mr. Eugene Jones; Sisters: Ms. Nellie Willis, Ms. Essie Mae King, Ms. Earcille Brown, Ms. Ruth DeRamus, Ms. Ovetta Woods, Ms. Annie B. Johnson and Mrs. Ruthe Mae Whetstone-Nixon; Brothers: Mr. Grady Lee King, and Mr. Percy Jones; A Brother-in-law: Mr. Samuel Nixon, Jr., and his eldest son: Mr. Edward King, Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memories , a devoted wife Mrs. Maldoshia Gulley King; his Children: Mr. Richard ( Teresa) King, Sr. Mr. Rodney (Melanie) Howard of Autaugaville, AL, and Mr. Calvin King, Autaugaville, AL; Ms. Silvia DeRamus, Mr. Joseph DeRamus and a Daughter Angela Warren all of Montgomery, AL; Mr. Deon Mims of Cleveland, Ohio; andMr. Charles Dorsey of Prattville, AL.  Brother: Mr. Jessie Lewis King of Tuscaloosa, AL; Sisters-in-law: Mrs. Georgia Harris, of Chicago, IIllinois; Ms. Deborah Brown, Ms. Willie Bell Brown of Birmingham, AL; Brother-in-law: Mr. Clarence Smith, Mr. Larry, Mr. Larry Brown, Mr. George Brown, Mr. General Lee (Trish) Brown of Birmingham, AL; Mr. Edward Lewis Brown of Flordia; Mr. Tony (Carinbini) Brown, Mr. Troy (Sandra) Brown of Prattville, AL; and Mr. Roger Brown of Killeen, Texas and a host of grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces,nephews and many extended family members and friends.
