Ms. Fannie L. Broadnax was born on February 20, 1948 to the late Ms. Amelia Broadnax and Mr. Essie Davis, Sr. in Autauga County, Alabama.
She confessed Christ at an early age and joined St. Matthew Baptist Church where she served as an usher until her health failed. She also attended the Autauga County School System.
Fannie enjoyed traveling and going to their annual family reunion and spending time with family. She was an avid domino player and loved the competition.
She is preceded in death by her parents and several siblings.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories and will be missed greatly by her lifelong mate and confidant, Mr. A.W. Harrison of Autaugaville, AL; four daughters: Shirley (Samuel, Jr.) Motley of Autaugaville, Cynthia (Anthony Sr.) Nixon of Calera, Al, Lakisha Broadnax of Autaugaville, AL and Pamela Obrogovwotu of Millbrook; siblings: Evelyn (Horace Sr.) Dickerson, Samuel Broadnax and Lillie (Arthur) Andrews of Autaugaville, AL, Costella (Joe) Williams of Montgomery, Al; Annie Bodiford, Jean (Marvin ) Harris, Julius (Linda) Davis, Lucy Helton and Robert Davis of Lansing, MI; one sister-in-law, Veola Davis of Prattville, Al; eight grandchildren, Marcel Motley, Cintoya Motley, Juanna Nixon, Anthony Jr. (Kaitlin) Nixon, Aurelia Motley, Sheldon (Lauren) Nixon, Destiny Motley and Madelynn Obrogovwotu; eleven great-grandchildren; Hailynn, TriNiece, Mya, Mari, Myah, Coby, Alayah, Demi, Aria, Marlanii and Lillianna; special family friends, Willie Cook, Sharon Parker and Jereline Lamar and a hosts of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
