Our God creates all living things and on April 29, 2002, he created Kawasi Antwoin Wilson, Jr., in his perfect image.

On March 13, 2022 God dispatched his heavenly angels to capture the soul of Kawasi (KJ) and bring him home to live eternally among his grandfather: Gregory Jackson, Sr.; great grandmothers: Julius Frances Richard and Iola Bell Wilson; great grandfathers: Tommy Wilson and Aldolph Rowe, Jr.; two aunts: Zora Mae Richard and Diane Wilson; two uncles: Jessie Richard, Jr. and Clifford Wilson all preceding him in death.

Kawasi Jr, was a native of Prattville, Alabama. He attended Stanhope Elmore High School in Millbrook, Alabama. KJ was a loving and caring young man who loved his family dearly. He brought laughter and life to a party. He enjoyed barbecuing with his grandmother and assisting her with preparing meals for his family, KJ enjoyed spending time with his brother and cousins. KJ was a loving and devoted father to his son. KJ was and will always be loved by many. He always greeted you with a big warm hug and a smile.

His life will be cherished and remembered by his loving and caring mother: Sheriga Richard (Prattville, AL); devoted father: Kawasi Antwoin Wilson, Sr. (Millbrook, AL); son: Karter Thomas (Prattville, AL); two grandmothers: Earnestine Richard (Prattville, AL) and Angela (James) Long (Millbrook, AL); grandfather: Charles Moore (Montgomery, AL); three brothers: Dominique James, Kanas Wilson, and Kaleb Wilson (Prattville, AL); two sisters: Alexis James (Prattville, AL) and Angiliyah Wilson (Millbrook, AL); godfather: Jehmal Webb (Prattville, AL); devoted and loving cousin: Jasmine Richard (Prattville, AL); a host of loving cousins, aunts, uncles, friends, and other relatives.
