On March 7, 1980 in Montgomery, AL God anointed the birth of  Lubecca Howard the second born of Mr. Richard Pernell and Mrs. Mary Hill. She departed this life on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at Jackson Hospital Montgomery, Alabama.

Lubecca attended Stanhope Elmore High School in Millbrook, AL where she late relocated to Montgomery, Alabama.

Lubecca leaves fond memories with everyone who came in close contact with her.
