Ms. Melinda Renee Albert Faison was born December 11, 1976, to the late Leroy and Ella albert. She attended Prattville High School. She accepted Christ at ban early age and was a devoted and faithful member of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost Church under the leadership Bishop Morgan during her childhood. As an adult, she attended church at Abundant Life Church Ministries where she served under the leadership of Pastor Geno Tolver until her untimely death.
On the afternoon of Monday, September 28, 2020, Renee transitioned into glory. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, LaToria Keyonna Albert; her grandparents, Gill Albert, Sr. and Archie and Julia Mae Gardner; her brothers, Seamon Albert and Michael Albert; three aunts, Joyce "Speck" Gardner, Janice Albert, and Theresa Pickett; and two uncles, Archie Gardner, Jr. and Charles Albert.
Renee leaves to cherish her memories one loving daughter, KyRiesha Albert Thomas (Kelvin), of Prattville, AL; two sons, Stanley "BJ" Moseley and JaMarcus "Tootie" Albert-Faison, both of Prattville, AL. She was the proud grandmother of one precious granddaughter, Kamari Jade Thomas.
She leaves three brothers: Tonnie Caldwell of Montgomery, AL; Tony "Deon" Gardner of Prattville, AL; and Jeffery Farris (Yolanda) of Montgomery, AL.
She also leaves her grandmother, Ruby Lee Albert of Prattville, AL; eight aunts, Betty Harris Seabon (William), Callie Albert, Barbara Albert, Cathy Albert, Kimberly Pickett, and Melissa Pickett, all of Prattville, AL; Mary Estella Morgan and Nancy Davis of Birmingham, AL.
Eight uncles, Freddie Gardner, FJ Gardner, Robert "Slick" Gardner, Earnest Gardner, Gill Albert, Jr. (Yvonne), Ricky Albert, Jack Albert, and James Albert, all of Prattville, AL.
Four nieces, Toni Gardner, Kayla Shegog, Meka Farris, and Myia Farris; five nephews, Michael Andrew Albert, Tobias Jones, Kelson Palmer, Devonta Farris, and Joshua Farris, all of Prattville, AL.
A loving, devoted great-cousin, Loreen Hicks; a special friend, Chanavous Nichols, and a host of cousins, friends, and coworkers.
