Phillip Ray Moncrief

Philip Ray Moncrief  (Mello) was born to the late Ed and Beulah Lee Moncrief on November 23, 1956 in Prattville, Alabama.  He was the 5th child of this great union.  He converted his life to Christ at an early age at First Missionary Baptist Church, Prattville, Alabama.  He departed this life on February 27, 2020 and arrived to be with the Lord in His Eternal Kingdom.

He attended school in Autauga County and was a skillful individual that could create, build and restore anything.  He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, swimming and was a great basketball player.  He truly loved his family.  He leaves to cherish his smile, laugh and unforgettable dance moves to his only devoted sister: Vickey McCrary, Prattville, AL; three brothers: Charles (Earlene) Moncrief, William Moncrief, Cleveland, OH; and Herman Moncrief, Prattville, AL.  And a host of beloved nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
