Roderick was born on Jan 22,1971 to the proud parents Rev. James Hadnott and the late Christine Wells in Washington D.C. He was an only child from this union. At a young age they moved to Prattville, Alabama which was his parents’ hometown. At the age of 6 Rod and his father James moved to Atlanta, Ga. Rod attended the Atlanta Public School system, Graduating from Brown High School. He went to help run the family business(es) which led to entrepreneurship.
Roderick had a larger-than-life personality and sense of humor that blended with his impeccable sense of style. Even though his filled with mistakes he took pride in the blessings that came into his life as his children and grandchildren.
Roderick sadly passed away on Monday September 18, 2023 at the age of 52 years old. His untimely passing has left his family and friends devastated. His time was short, but we know he's not suffering any longer, to which he never complained. We will all remember him for his quirky phrases, facial expressions, and his jovial zest for life. Proceeding him in death was his loving mother Christine Wells. He is survived by his father Rev. James Hadnott; Children: Kristina Hadnott and Ashlond Banks; Grandchildren: Kimari Hadnott, Khloe Rogers and Ava Banks. A host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Rest in Love Rod, you will forever be missed.
