Vanshun R Moseley

Created in God's perfect image and presented to the world on August 31, 2004 was an innocent baby boy named Vanshaun Rashad Moseley.

He confessed his life to Christ at an early age. Vanshun was a courageous young man who stunned the world with his bravery and his heart. Vanshun did and said what his heart felt, for out of the overflow of a man's heart his mouth speaketh (Luke 6:45).

Although, for only eighteen years of life here with us his presence of laughter and love impacted and touched all of us in a heartfelt and tremendous way.

So, today we celebrate and reflect on Vanshun's Life and Legacy of laughter and love.

On October 29, 2022 God decided it was time for Vanshun to rest from the troubles of this world.

Proceeding him in the departure from this life are: grandfather and grandmother Eli and Alice Pickett; great grandfather and great grandmother M. L. and Ada Bell Moseley; great grandfather Adolph Rowe Jr. and great grandmother Julia Frances Richard; and sister: Latoria Keyunna Moseley.

  Vanshun leaves to cherish many memories to his father Stanley Moseley; mother: La'Rhonda Richard; stepmother: LiKisha McQueen; grandfather: Charles Moore; grandmother: Earnestine Richard; step grandmothers: Carrie McQueen and Louise Pickett; eight sisters: LaConstance (Willie) Calhoun, Tameikia Poe, Jasmine Richard, Cheree Richard, Eqaushia Wilson, Syria McBride, Tashema Shuford, and Sariyah Smith; five brothers: Stanley "BJ" Moseley, Renard Richard, Dameris Richard, Joshua Robinson, and Tyler Thomas; one step sister: Quneshia McQueen; two step-brothers: Aaron Smith, and Jordan McQueen. A very special friend Audrey Matthew and her two children Amarius Simon and Adrian Gardner; two children he cared for deeply Jimayah Boyd and Paris Turner; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, Cousins and friends.
