Victor Agustas Speigner was on born October 11, 1980 to Beatrice Speigner and Rufus Lee Smith in Montgomery, Alabama.
He confessed Christ at an early age at Pink Lily Missionary Baptist Church.
Vic as he was affectionately called; was a quiet and loving person. He was employed at Kinedyne for six years and he had a great love for working on his cars with many plans to restore them in the future.
Victor was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Louis and Evelyn Speigner; paternal grandparents, Willie Lee and Evelina Smith; and a father-in-law, Michael Camp.
He leaves to cherish his fondest memories: a loving and devoted wife, Melissa Speigner, of Prattville, AL; caring parents, Beatrice Speigner (Wayne Cheeks), and Rufus (Carolyn) Smith all of Prattville, AL; two brothers, Elijah (Miritsa) Speigner of Costa Mesa, CA; and Trey Pickett, of Prattville, AL; one sister, Alisha Speigner of Prattville, AL; one niece and nephew, Shaelynn and Elijah Jr., both of Costa Mesa, CA; and a host of uncles, aunts, in-laws, other relatives and friends.
